Hazing Prevention and Response

Stop Campus Hazing Act

The Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) was signed into law on December 23, 2024, strengthening federal requirements for colleges and universities to prevent and address hazing. This law amends the Clery Act, now renamed the Jeanne Clery Campus Safety Act, and introduces new measures for reporting and preventing hazing.
