It's time to get in the game!
- Compete and represent Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» on the local and national level
- All varsity level E-Sports athletes will be eligible to receive $500 in additional scholarship funds
- Learn and hone skills that gaming can provide for future employment (teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, multitasking, etc…)
- Esports also provides experiential learning opportunities for those interested in streaming, video and audio production, podcasting, shoutcasting, Journalism, PR/Marketing, event management, statistics, finance, and many others.
Who can join Esports?
All full time Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and College of Law students in good academic standing with the University

- As with any competitive sports, Esports athletes will have required practice times during the week
- Dedicated study hall time
- Esports athletes must maintain a 2.00 GPA
- Esports athletes must maintain a total of 24 credit hours during the academic year

Esports History: Varsity Call of Duty Team to Compete In-Person at NACE Championships
The Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Varsity Call of Duty team is aiming for a national championship in Esports. For the first time, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Esports will compete in-person at the NACE Grand Finals, set for April 23-26, 2026, at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL.

eSports Team Mourns Loss of Senior Jonathan Suarez After Winning Two Championships
In early December, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» eSports teams won the NACE Smash Bros and the NECC Marvel Rivals national championships. In between those victories, teammate Jonathan Pablo Suarez died in a car accident not far from the campus.
