Case Management

Vision:
Through resources and referrals, case management aims to address and resolve the socioeconomic needs of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students.

Case Management services aim to provide programs, outreach, and direct client services for students with at-risk mental health and social support needs through crisis intervention, referrals, and connections to follow-up services. Case Management is not counseling; rather, case managers have the opportunity develop close helping relationships with students while coaching students toward appropriate self-care and self-advocacy. These services are meant to be temporary with the end goal of equipping Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» students with skills and resources to meet their long-term needs.

Case Management is available for a variety of concerns including:

  • Crisis Intervention
  • Food Insecurity
  • Shelter/Housing
  • Child Care
  • Counseling Referrals
  • Financial Concerns
  • Academic Concerns
  • Mentorship
  • Extracurricular/Campus Activities
