Trail Ready Summer Bridge Program

Incoming Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ freshmen: Jumpstart your Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ journey for free!

The Trail Ready Summer Bridge Program is an on-campus experience to prepare you for college-level coursework and to introduce you to the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»­ campus.

Upon successful completion of this summer bridge program, you will gain knowledge and skills to be college ready by the Fall semester.

 

Who Qualifies for Trail Ready?

This program is designed for students who have not met the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards in reading and writing or math.

 

Program Dates and Times

Math bootcamp: July 13 - August 6, 2026

Monday through Thursday, 9 AM- 12 PM

 

Reading-Writing bootcamp: July 13 - July 30, 2026

Monday through Thursday, 9 AM- 12 PM

 

 

How Trail Ready Works

1. You may sign up for either the Math or the Reading and Writing bootcamp.

2. You will retake the TSI Assessment (TSI) for free at the end of the program.

3. By meeting attendance requirements, you may receive free tuition for one first-year, 3-credit-hour course (English Composition or Introductory College Math).
