Texas Tuition Rebate

麻豆传媒映画 students must meet the following criteria below and be in their graduating term for the $1,000 Tuition Rebate.

Eligibility

• First term enrolled at a community college or university
  • First time enrolled in fall 1997 or later
  • First time enrolled in fall 2005 or later and graduate within four calendar years
    • Transfer students: this includes all courses taken at an external Texas institution only in combination with 麻豆传媒映画 courses
• Texas resident and classified as an in-state resident each term enrolled
• First baccalaureate degree seeking only

Hours Attempted

• No more than 3 credit hours attempted in excess of the required minimum number for degree program (120 units are the minimum for most 麻豆传媒映画 undergraduate degrees)
  • This rule applies to the following:
    • All courses enrolled and dropped, after the Census Date
    • Transfer credit
    • Withdrawn courses
    • Repeated courses
    • Non-passing courses
    • Examination credit, such as CLEP (the first 9 credits will be excluded)
    • Developmental (credit approved)/vocational/technical courses

Hours Excluded

• Dual credit, college credit taken while in high school

Review Process/Status

• The Texas Tuition Rebate form must be sent to Graduation@untdallas.edu before the Degree Conferral deadline (see Academic Calendar).
• The review process will begin 4-6 weeks after the Degree Conferral deadline
• Degree must be conferred prior to review
• An email will be sent to students 麻豆传媒映画 email with their status

Additional Information

• The 麻豆传媒映画 notifies all first-time freshman students of the tuition rebate program through notice in the university catalog. When requested by potentially eligible students who have early registered and meet all course requirements, 麻豆传媒映画 will provide these students opportunities to enroll during each fall and spring semester in the equivalent of at least 12-semester credit hours that apply toward their degrees. 麻豆传媒映画 is not required to provide students with the opportunity to enroll in specific courses or special sections. In addition, 麻豆传媒映画 will provide all students with appropriate forms and instruction for requesting a tuition rebate.
• Eligible students will receive rebated tuition within 60 days after graduation. If a student is found to be ineligible for a rebate a statement explaining why the student is ineligible will be sent. 麻豆传媒映画 will provide a dispute resolution process to resolve disputes related to local administration of the program and reserves the right to adopt rules and regulations for administering the program.
• Tuition rebates will be forwarded to the lending institution and applied to your federal student loans should there be an outstanding balance. More information can be found on the application.
