Summer Housing

*Important Note: The below outlined process is only for 麻豆传媒映画 students. A $100 non-refundable application fee is required for all applicants. This fee will be added to student accounts prior to the Summer semester beginning for all those who complete and submit a Housing Contract for the Summer.*  

Important Summer Housing Application Dates:

Summer '26 Housing Timeline:

• Applications Opens: Friday, 2/20/26 at 9:00AM 
• Priority Consideration Submission Deadline: Sunday, 3/15/26 by 11:59pm 
• Summer Housing Priority Deadline Applicant Secured Housing Assignment Notification: Friday, 3/20/26 by 5:00PM
• Non-Priority Consideration Applicants: notified on a rolling basis
• Summer Housing Application Closes: Wednesday, 5/6/26 at 8:00AM
• Summer Housing Assignments Released: Friday, 5/22/26 by 5:00pm
• Summer Housing Charges Posted to Student Accounts: Prior to start of Summer Semester

Housing Assignment Information:

Your housing assignment will be based on residence hall space availability as well as your eligibility to reside on campus.  Priority will be given for students taking summer classes and those that have a housing need.  Due to other camps and conferences supported by the university there is a dedicate and limited amount of rooms reserved for Summer 2026 residents.  Outreach will be conducted via the student's 麻豆传媒映画 email account so please monitor your student email for updates. 

Completing Your Application

The on-campus housing application is completed via your My麻豆传媒映画Dallas account by selecting the Housing Portal.  In order to submit a Housing Application, you'll need your EUID login and password.  You can begin your application, save it, and come back to it at a later date if needed.

1. Go to your My麻豆传媒映画Dallas account
2. Select the 鈥淩esource鈥� box
3. Click on 鈥淟ive on Campus鈥�
4. You will be directed to the Housing Portal to Log in
5. Once you have logged in, select the Academic Year/Semester you are applying for Housing
    

Once you have followed all steps in the application, your application will be complete. 

Housing is limited and spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Once rooms have filled, students will be placed on a waiting list and contacted once spaces are available.
