If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, the complaint may then be brought to the responsible state agency in the home state. In the case that the grievance is not resolved through Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»' internally grievance process, Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» listance learning students residing in SARA member states can appeal to the SARA portal agency using the information listed below.

Distance Learning Complaint Appeal Process for Students residing in a SARA Member State
