Orientation Leader Staff

Orientation Leaders (OLs) are the heart of New Student Orientation. They welcome new students and their familes to 麻豆传媒映画, serve as mentors, and help make the transition to college a smoot and exciting experience.

What do OLs do?

Orientation Leaders wear a lot of hats during the Orientation season. Some of their responsibilities include:

Lead small group activities and icebreakers
Guide students and families through orientation sessions and campus tours
Share personal experiences and tips for success at the university

Why should I become an OL?

Being an OL is more than just a summer job鈥攊t鈥檚 a chance to grow as a leader, build lifelong friendships, and make a difference in the lives of new students. OLs develop skills in:

Leadership and teamwork
Public speaking and communication
Problem-solving and adaptability
Event management and organization
