Dr. DeClerk is a lecturer in the 麻豆传媒映画 School of Business and the Program Coordinator for the Organizational Behavior / Human Resources program. He has actively worked as a Human Resources leader for over 25 years, starting as a Training Manager, becoming an HR Generalist, and focusing on Total Rewards Vice President and Director roles for the last decade. Dr. DeClerk has been teaching since 2004, joining the 麻豆传媒映画 faculty team in 2017 as an adjunct and transitioning to full-time faculty in 2020.

Dr. DeClerk earned a BS in International Business and Spanish from Arkansas State University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix Oklahoma City campus, a MA in Psychology from American Public University, and completed his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix Online School of Advanced Studies. He is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute, SHRM-SCP by the Society of Human Resources Management, and is a Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional, and Global Remunerations Professional with WorldatWork, the Total Rewards Society.
